Retail Food businesses generate large amounts of trade waste containing Fat, Oil and Grease (F.O.G), Suspended solids, Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD) plus numerous other pollutants. This waste water is known as “Greasy Waste”.
The Domino VGS-F.O.G provides on-site pre-treatment of greasy wastewater generated by the preparation of food. This system has been developed to continuously and effectively remove fat, oils & grease from waste water.
