Domino Bio-MBR (Membrane Bio-Reactor System)

Redefine Wastewater Treatment Standards
Biosystems Membrane Bio-Reactor Plants are preengineered, modular wastewater treatment systems that bring proven MBR technology to municipal, industrial, or land development applications.

Incorporating a fully-integrated Membrane Bio-Reactor,MBR plants can be installed in virtually any location and feature scalable treatment capacity that can be quickly increased as demand grows.

The MBR process outperform conventional treatment alternatives in all categories, offering reduced operating costs, smaller plant footprints, more reliable performance, and high quality effluent that meets or exceeds the world’s
most stringent discharge and re-use standards. With high quality environmental technologies and system engineering, Biosystems plan to be a leading company in the environmental business throughout the world.
Biosystems Membrane Bio-Reactor Systems
Biosystems Membrane Bio-Reactor Systems, which was developed by Hitachi Plant Technologies (Biosystems’ Partner), is an advanced biological treatment technology. It is suitable for sewage water treatment facilities and industrial wastewater treatment facilities, as it is low maintenance, space saving, has low initial costs and features an advanced treated water quality by combining active sludge treatment and membrane filtration processes. Biosystems Membrane Bioreactor Systems” sets up 2 or 3 membrane modules in a vertical formation, containing multiple membrane element sheets. Pumping wastewater through the flat sheet membranes effectively treats the water. Sludge clogging on membrane surfaces is greatly reduced as air is constantly diffused from beneath the bottom membrane module.
