Everything Water Pty Ltd (EW) commenced operations in Oct 2009 following 15 years of operational experience as Project Environmental Pty Ltd and prior companies. It remains a proudly Australian owned and based company.
Over the past 5 years, as an expansion to the Australian market operations, the company has developed operational relationships in the Asia Pacific region and in Eastern Europe. The amount of business written offshore from Australia has been increasing gradually over recent years and the markets offer outstanding potential and opportunities into the future. In order to concentrate on developing these core markets, Everything Water has expanded its operations and capability. The Australian operations will continue to grow in their own right.
EWL has licensed representatives in all Australian states, throughout the Asia Pacific region, the Middle East and in the Baltic states of Europe where demand is growing strongly.
- To be the first choice provider of commercial and municipal water treatment solutions in all its chosen markets.
- To maintain a profitable position in the premium-quality end of the market for provision of services
- To serve the needs of clients located in the capital cities of Australia and selected geographical niches in Asia Pacific region and Europe.
- To actively seek organic growth as well as merger or acquisition as opportunities are presented.
- To protect the interests of stakeholders and to maximize returns in the context of a conservative risk appetite.
The People
The company operates in a technical environment and the lifeblood of its performance is the superior skills and capabilities of its people. This principle guides the personnel planning, recruitment, training of employees as well as being a factor in maintaining our relationships with agents and distributers.
The technical requirements of our products and solutions are similar for local and offshore projects, so EWL maintains a core of technical employees located centrally who control the technical standards and innovations. Of equal importance and given similar priority are the technical standards that are provided through distributers.
Everything Water has an experienced management team with direct knowledge of the water treatment industry, extensive research experience, and unique administrative skills.
The co-founders of Everything Water Pty Ltd, Peter Hardman and Terry Bradley, continue to guide the company as executives and in their positions on the Board.
Managing Director, Peter Hardman was born in 1957 and holds a bachelor of business degree from the Queensland University of Technology with marketing major. He has been involved with the water industry since 1985 and specifically with waste water treatment for over 15 years.
Executive Director, Terry Bradley commenced employment in the waste water management sector in 1999. From a foundation of local direct sales functions, this evolved to managing export sales predominantly to the US and the Asia Pacific region. His specializations include design and completion of engineered systems, meeting client’s installation dead-lines and financial management.
Within water treatment services, the products and services that Everything Water delivers are comprehensive although the company is always looking for new opportunities to add value to:
- Supply of standard systems and equipment according to client specifications. This is an important element of the support that EWL offers and this will remain a central part of our service.
- Solution design, manufacture, delivery and installation. Of greater challenge is the configuration of products, services, processes and technology into an optimal solution. This is the particular strength of EWL and differentiates EWL from much of the competition.
- Maintenance. Includes contracted preventative maintenance to “refreshing” aged systems
- EWL services that are in development: Consulting, Quality Assurance, and Certification to regulatory standards
EW is positioned as a high-quality, high-value supplier. The emphasis on quality and durability involves use of premium materials such as stainless steel and the services of highly skilled field and factory engineering services.
EWL delivers leading edge technology. To secure this technology, the company holds exclusive licenses which have been renewed for a term of 15 years from Feb 2010, with options for further renewal. This technology is available only from EWL and its authorized representatives
The company now produces a wide range of products that are employed for the treatment of wastewater. This includes wash down and process water which is used in manufacturing and is applicable to virtually any industry that utilizes water in any part of its operations.
Products include: oil/water/solids separators, water recycling systems; cyclonic separation systems, specialty treatment systems; pumps, screens and electrical control panels.
